Spoon’s Twin-Block calipers offer serious braking performance in a lightweight, compact package. Originally developed for endurance racing, these 4-piston calipers are forged from aluminum and hard anodized in Spoon’s signature blue, with a raised Spoon Sports logo cast directly into the body—not a sticker or engraving.

They’re a direct bolt-on for the 5-lug Integra Type R, which uses factory 262mm rotors. For 4-lug EG/EK Civics and non-R Integras, they can be used with the correct 262mm 4-lug rotor—either Spoon’s dedicated 4-lug version or an OEM ITR rotor redrilled to 4×100. A 3mm rotor spacer is also required in 4-lug setups to properly center the rotor in the caliper.

Built to work with stock Honda master cylinders and boosters, the Twin-Block provides a firm, consistent pedal, better heat resistance, and more even pad wear than OEM iron calipers—without requiring further system changes. Perfect for high-performance street driving or track use.
