High-performance pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) sandpaper roll designed for aggressive material removal during bodywork. This 80 grit aluminum oxide abrasive delivers fast, even cutting—ideal for shaping body filler, stripping paint, and leveling high spots.

We use PSA-backed sandpaper with acrylic sanding blocks to maintain a firm, flat sanding surface. Unlike hook and loop systems—which introduce a soft layer of padding—PSA applies directly to the block. That added cushion from hook and loop can act like a foam backing, allowing the abrasive to flex into low spots. While useful for contouring, that’s the opposite of what you want when trying to block panels flat. PSA gives you clean, predictable contact with no give, which is essential for accurate shaping.
