A premium waterproof abrasive designed for demanding wet-sanding and finish prep. Norton’s Black Ice series uses a sharp silicon carbide grain on a flexible latex-treated backing that resists curling, cracking, and edge breakdown—even when fully soaked.

We selected this paper for its strength and wet durability. It holds up through extended use without fraying or softening, making it ideal for refining clear coat, smoothing primer, or prepping surfaces for polish. The resin bond keeps the grit in place under pressure, delivering predictable performance sheet after sheet.
