ARP Extended Wheel Stud Kit (4 Pack) 

The ARP 100-7711 Extended Wheel Stud Kit provides a strong and reliable solution for Honda wheel hubs. Manufactured from heat-treated 8740 chromoly steel and cadmium-plated for corrosion resistance, these extended studs are designed for racing, track, and performance use where added length and strength are critical.

Key Features:

• Thread size: M12 × 1.5 (right-hand)

• Under-head length: 2.850″ (1.000″ longer than OEM studs, which are 1.850″)

• Knurl diameter: 0.485″

• Knurl length: 0.275″

• Nose length: 0.350″ round nose for quick wheel installation, preventing damage to the back face of the wheel and allowing fast threading of lug nuts

• Material: 8740 chromoly, heat-treated to 190,000 psi tensile strength

• Finish: Cadmium plated for durability and corrosion resistance

• Pack size: 4 studs per kit

Uses / Applications:

Note on Installation:
Because of their extended length, these studs can place additional leverage on the hub flange compared to OEM studs. Over time, this can increase stress on the press-fit surface and may cause the bore to enlarge or the stud to loosen. In some applications, tack welding the back of the stud to the hub is recommended as an added measure to ensure long-term retention.
