3M Trizact™ Foam Disc – P5000 (30362, 3″)
Ultra-fine 3″ foam-backed finishing disc designed for the final refinement step before polishing. The 3M 30362 disc uses Trizact™ abrasive technology—microstructured aluminum oxide designed to cut consistently while minimizing haze and swirl.

This disc is used as the final sanding step in our process. After working through 1000 by hand, 2000, and 3000 grit, the 5000 disc brings the surface extremely close to a polished finish. In many cases, it reduces the need for aggressive compounding and shortens polishing time significantly.

This disc should be used damp, not dry. A light water mist reduces heat, prevents loading, and extends disc life. Best used with a 3″ dual-action polisher and foam interface pad for precision work on small panels, bumpers, or tight curves.
